SOLO VERSIÓN EN INGLÉS.The collaboration between IAC and Airbnb is based on three strategic pillars in which the parties intend to cooperate, without exclusivity, by collaborating in good faith:
1. The promotion of astro-tourism on the island of La Palma and the rest of the Canary Islands as an activity aligned with the preservation of the quality of the sky and the environment. Airbnb will be taking as reference the Declaration of La Palma "IN DEFENSE OF THE NIGHT SKY AND THE RIGHT TO STARLIGHT", signed in 2007 with UNESCO and numerous institutions around the world in La Palma.
2. Advance the emergence of experiences related to this activity, which promote sustainable tourism in the island, and are aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens and a sustainable economic activity with high added value in regions with lower per capita income.
3. The dissemination and promotion of scientific, technical, mathematical and engineering vocations (STEM), especially among those in all joint activities that are carried out.
The abovementioned objectives, could be pursued by means of specific actions, which could be subject to specific agreements in case there were mutual obligations.
