This purpose of this amendment is to terminate this MoU in accordance with Article 7, entitled, Duration of the MoU. In order to facilitate the termination of this MoU the following conditions shall apply:
l) All of the equipment covered by the MOU currently at the Teide Observatory will be given from STScI to the IAC.
2) STScI will not be responsible for removing the equipment, the enclosure, the pier or concrete pad and associated infrastructure. In short, STScI will not be responsible for restoring the site to its original condition.
