On 1 August 2023, Rosa Dávila, President of the Tenerife Island Council, and Juan José Martínez, Councillor for Innovation, Research and Development, toured the facilities of the headquarters of the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias and the IACTEC in La Laguna, where they learned first-hand about the technological, research and dissemination projects on which the Island Council and IAC collaborate.
