This project is the continuity of the homonymous project (2016 allocation) and tries to have a group of technologists, which at a rate of eight new additions per year and for a period of two years of extensible contract up to a maximum of 4 years of stay in the program, complete their professional training and specialize their skills immersed in strategic technological development projects of IAC, especially in those linked to IACTec, in collaboration with companies in the sector. 
With this grant the IAC has hired 9 technologists during 2019 for the Microsatélites and Medical Technology lines.
