Description
We present here a method based on a multi-scale analysis adapted to the ISOCAM data, which offers the possibility to separate the different constituents of the signal and detect sources at the very limit of ISOCAM sensitivity, four orders of magnitude below IRAS. The results obtained with this method, called PRETI (for Pattern REcognition Technique for ISOCAM data) are detailed in Starck et al. 1999; Elbaz et al. 1999.
