Typical tests available at LISA with SWIR range devices:

Standard parameters (all applied to VIS CMOS devices and...)

• SWIR (750-1500 nm): InGaAs detector modules.

A tentative list of InGaAs devices tested and characterized at the LISA facility is given below:

• From Xenics: XEVA camera, small format cameras (640 x 480), 320, others (w/o Peltier)
• From Princeton Instruments: SciCAM-1280, MVCAM-1280  (1k x 1k format)
• From Raptor Photonics: OWL and Ninox-1280 cameras
• From QHYCCD: QHY900 camera
• From Sofradir/ULIS /sensors: DRAGO camera project
